*Ecks pulls his personal journal out from a pouch on his belt and sighs
a moment. He quickly flips to some blank pages and lightly touches a finger
to the page and closes his eyes in concentration and thought. Moving his
finger across the page, written words follow behind each stroke of his
finger.. *
The High Tower is coming along nicely, but I must admit it is taking much more time to create the force of magic that will sustain it indefinatly than I though it would. Perhaps, as I have thought, my magic is somehow different than what this realm is used to. It works much the same as what Ive seen in magi that are of this place wich boggles me somewhat. I can only seem to conclude that somehow.. Its as if my magic is on a separate frequency. It can cause the same pain, and if I knew how to heal others im sure it would work the same as well. Yet, there is a difference. Ugh.. Im babbling. At any rate I think this difference may be the reason the process is taking longer. I will just have to continue to keep at it. Haste can only cause failure a small mishap could completely destroy what I have already renewed. My friend Kormation, though he doesnt realize it is doing well in training what essense of magic he possessess and seems to always be improving with his weapon knowledge A good thing to know for any Magi. He is seeming to be trustworthy as my second in command. But, I must look for others that can join us. The tower is near completion, and the magi are needed. Perhaps I will post a scroll within the Silent Blade... Yes.. That seems wise, though I place some in other cities and towns of this realm. All potential magi must know there is a place for them in this realm. Hmm.. Yes.. Yes, I will start that now. *Removing his finger from the page he finished writing on, he closes the book and tucks it back in the pouch. Pulling out a few small scrolls, he lays one flat upon his desk and begins writting* |
