*Note Addressed to the Mayor of Hartland*

Mr. Mayor,

We are a humble group of elves that have lived for centuries in peace. Recently our scouts have been going out on patrol to never return or our senturies have come up missing from their very post. We have searched the surrounding area and have not been able to discern what manner of magics or other means these happenings are occuring.

If you could possibly contract one of the local guilds to send some of its members to conduct their own investigations into these disappearances we would be a most gracious people.

We hope to receive word from you or an envoy from one of the guilds in the near future.
