Zarvak shakes his head to himself, looking over the note once more, 'Why would elves be disappearing... ' He asks himself silently, lone green eye slowly looking skywards. Moving westwards, his fingers slowly fingering his Long Sword's hilt. He wonders when the last time he fought was? Or, atleast, fought with a purpose. Now, he moves within the shadows, performing quests for Kahlan. This gives him no thrill... Seeing she wants people dead for just speaking out against the crown.

Deciding to turn his mind away from it, he nods to himself, "The elves may be a good place to do something... That does not involve killing." He mutters quietly, leaving the city gates of Hartland, and heading north.

Valley of the Elves

Growling, he shakes head... Only being able to find traces of camp fires, and some footprints, but most of it washed away by rain, or another source. 'Others are most likely looking for the reason for the Elves disappearing... If that is the case... Then why is there no sign of other people? ' Shakes his head, not making any sense of this. Fingers start to finger his swords hilts nervously... Pondering if something attacked and killled... No, there is no signs of struggle. Perhaps abducted whoever was looking around these parts?

Moving deeper into the Valley, he can only guess as to what occured.
