*Posted on a wall behind the Silent Blade's fire pit, and placed in noticable areas in other large cities/towns such as Nicobarese, Hilp Village, New Ofcol, etc.. Are magical scrolls. The spell laced to these scrolls draws a cord of curiousity to all those gifted, luring them to read it through atleast once.*

The message reads:
Fellow Magi of the realm,

Have you been seeking for a place to develop your gifted talents? A place where magic is not shunned, but preserved and cultivated. A place where the only price of knowledge is your hunger to learn. When construction is completed the High Tower of Magi will be such a place. All of the magi that are willing to improve themselves for the benifit, not only to themselves but also for the rest of the magi of the tower. Your contribution and effort will have lasting impressions on future generations of magi. However, be warned that I, Ecks Grimoirath, Head Magi of the Tower, hold no favoritism to beliefs such as 'the Creator' and 'the Keeper'. Within the walls of the High Tower all magi are equal, and such beliefs are petty if not unimportant. Though there shall be no preaching within my walls, you may keep such petty beliefs if they are to aid you in your learning to yourself. With that known, I welcome all interested Magi to let themselves be known. Together, with your help the High Tower of Magi will bring about a new promising era for magic and all those gifted with it.

Please be sure to address all scrolls and parchments of admittance to the High Tower.
