Cidwick, my long lost love, has returned to me from across the sea. He comes with information he says he heard while travelling, and while young. He says that legends among the people of his hometown speak of a man whom they call Haziz, a vampire. They say that he travells by opening rifts, which he is in control of. However, he does not know if there is a component needed for it, or how they work. He says that Haziz takes the weak, offers them immortality, and turns them to his side. Correction, it's "The Haziz." I'm not clear on what this means.

His exact words: "The Haziz... A spirit of lore.. My family spoke of him. An ... Evil so strong." "In the legend... They are made of hate.... Spirits of rage... Possesing... The weak.. And making them strong." I thought that perhaps some of our more scholarly members could look into such things, for I know not of what he is speaking.
