Today, Tiberius and I came upon another vampire, Aurelia. As I've been doing the last several days, we began a standard interrogation. Interestingly, our questions gave us some very useful information.

Aurelia spoke of an elf named Tanaic. Tiberius and I began a search for this elf, rumored to possess knowledge that would be useful to our cause.

After a short search, we found this elf on the streets of Hartland. Tanaic had some helpful information, although getting it was not as easy as expected. Tanaic has seen the armies of Yagris before; he has seen them take other worlds and warp them under the rule of Yagris. Our foes send specialized teams to specific locations throughout the realm. These teams may be groups of fighters, mages, thieves, wizards, clerics, and more. His actual tactics will depend on the threat he perceives in us. He suggested that we do not close the gate. Hopefully, his troops will enter our world from there, rather than an unknown source. I suspect that the elf has more information, but he seemed preoccupied in his own safety.
