Elyna smiles, 'Good Evening Arwen'

You curtsey to your audience.

You say 'Good evening'

Elyna fingers a note and replaces it somewhere in her robes, 'The File has recieved your...warning, but I'm afraid that I do not quite understand it'

Arwen nods slowly.

You say 'I apologize, there was not time to record all that happened'

You say 'Ask, and I shall clarify anything you do not understand'

Elyna says 'Your note mentioned the name Yagris but I know nothing or have ever heard of this supposedly great warlord'

You say 'This is because he is not of this world.'

You say 'He comes from another world, beyond the rift, where Zaratol comes from.'

Elyna says 'Oh? And what makes you think that -this- Realm is endangered by him?'

You say 'He has said it quite clearly. He feels that his son should rule, and in his stead, Yagris himself intends to come and rule us.'

Elyna says '...He intends for his son to rule? But I got the impression that Zaratol was quite opposed to his doings...'

You say 'He is. Zaratol's refusal to accept his father's wishes is what brings Yagris here.'

Elyna frowns.

You have chosen to participate in role-play.

You nod at Elyna.

Elyna says 'Tell me of his forces. I have heard tell that he will come with great armies'

You say 'Caharin and Tiberius have spoken to a man who has seen Yagris invade other worlds, that is where this information comes from.'

Elyna says 'And this mans name?'

You say 'This elf told The Guild that Yagris attacks with armies of men with diverse skills'

You say 'Tanaic, I believe'

Elyna nods slowly, 'I will be on the look out for this.. Tanaic. His doings sound oddly suspicious to me

You say 'Yes... we too would like to know more about him. All indications are that he is sincere, however.'

Elyna says 'As for Yagris' armies entering our Realm by magic..You wizards are correct. An enormous power would be required, but then again, we havent an idea what these people are capable of'

You say 'Agreed. Tanaic and I are in agreement about one thing, if he will come into the world through the rift, were are better off in not closing it.'

Elyna considers something quietly a moment, 'The Guild suspects the Infernal to be involved?'

You say 'We suspect that when the battle comes, it would not be beyond them to side with Yagris if he promises them riches and power. They are not to be trusted.'

Elyna waves her hand, 'Even if you had decided to close the Rift it would be next to impossible at the moment. Ecks and I have been at it for...almost immediatly after it appeared. This will indeed provide us with some useful information though'

You say 'Have you any idea how the rift works, or what it was intended to do?'

Elyna says 'Ecks' own Realm was destroyed by something resulting from The Rifts... They are mysterious things, but only one with exceptional talent would be able to travel in them'

Arwen nods slowly.

You say 'We have been told by another that there is a great evil that controls the rifts.'

Elyna says 'I believe the Rifts to be beyond evil and Good.. they are things unto themselves. Intended for a specific purpose, perhaps. Intended to be used as we see fit, perhaps'

Elyna shrugs helplessly.

You nod sagely.

Elyna says 'Have you found any signs that The Vampires are entering the Realm slowly as you suspected?'

You say 'We have been interrogating vampires as we see them. That I have been informed of, only one has been found to pose a possible threat.'

Elyna says 'This one..?'

Arwen retrieves a large book from her backpack and opens it up.

You say 'Aurelia D'Lariana, a wizard.'

You say 'She claims to have been in the realm several weeks, but we know nothing of her before her interrogation. The interrogator also noted she made some cryptic comments.'

Elyna steals a glance at Arwen's large book and meets Arwen's eyes again, 'I would hope she is nothing more than a Vampire..of the strange sort. I would hate for the longtime peace between the realm and Vampires to end because of this

Elyna says '...Besides the occasional cases that is'

You say 'Indeed... We have tried to be most civil to those we interrogate.'

You say 'We are warning them to leave town if they hear of any trouble, lest they be mistaken for the enemy'

Elyna nods.

Elyna says 'One last thing... From the information you have recovered, are you certain that yagris will invade?'

You say 'Unless he is stopped in his world before he gathers his troops, yes.'

Elyna says 'And there are no sources in his world..'

Elyna sighs.

You say 'The only one among us who can possibly tell of his world is Zaratol'

Elyna 's expression remains unreadable, 'A shaky source at best from my experience with him'

You say 'You may think that, but I trust him.'

You say 'He remains an enemy of The Guild, but not my own.'

Elyna says 'I regret I have remained uninformed for so long... The File has been busy recruiting and we have yet to fill our remaining two positions...That decesion must be made soon'

You nod at Elyna.

You say 'Anyone I would know?'

Elyna says 'I believe so.. Wolfe, Dominique, Pomeroy and Zolstead have applied'

You nod sagely.

You say 'Not a bad lot'

Elyna says 'Perhaps you have any information of them? It would be good to have an outside source'

You say 'Pomeroy and Zolstead have both treated friends of mine well, mostly females'

Elyna grins slightly.

You say 'Pomeroy, however, I know to be somewhat needy when in presense of older people.'

You say 'Wolfe is known to me as well... He is trustworthy'

Elyna says 'yes. I was hoping to convince Xandera about Wolfe. '

You say 'Dominique, I do not know... Only that she is often spotted in town and in Kahlan's chamber.'

You nod at Elyna.

You say 'She does not like him?'

Elyna says 'She is wary of his...uniqueness'

You nod sagely.

Elyna says 'And of Zolstead?'

You say 'It is uniqueness that makes a clan great...'

Elyna nods.

You say 'I believe he is knowledgable of things relevant to his age.'

Elyna nods.

You say 'The guild has become quite diversified in recent times'

You say 'It is serving us well, I believe'

Elyna says 'Thank you for sharing you knowledge Arwen. I would hope that you, or one of your pages, will inform The File of any other happenings'

You say 'Yes, I have told Sarolite, our Head Diplomat, to keep all clans informed'

You say 'Except... you know.'

Elyna says 'We will prepare our troops immediatly. I believe it is time once again for us to be the steel on steel and the magic on magic'

You nod at Elyna.
